The deadline for registration is April 1, 2011.

Accreditation:
CME points have been applied for.

Fees:
Clinicians: € 395,00;
Trainees (with a letter from their Director): € 300,00.
The fee includes material, lunch, coffee and tea during breaks.

Payments:

Cancellation policy:
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by April 1, 2011. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a 15% handling fee, will be refunded after the symposium. Substitutions are accepted with written notification. After April 1, 2011, no refunds will be made.
